By submitting your original stories, articles, or artwork to click2amuse.com (the Site"), you agree to the following:

1. You are 13 years of age or older.

By submitting content to the Site, you automatically grant to us the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
3. By providing or submitting content, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content, that the content does not violate any law, regulation or any right of any third party and is not designed to or will in any way have deleterious effect on the Site, other users or any computer, network, software or hardware.
4. No compensation of any kind will be paid and you agreed that none is owed with respect to any use by the Site or its licensees or business partners of your content.
5. We are under no obligation to post or use any content and may remove any content at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to edit any submissions for any reason. In particular, obscenity and foul language will not be posted.
